Healthy Home Focus

I am a Conscious Healthy Home Certified™ REALTOR® and I help clients better understand how factors such as moisture management, ventilation, drainage, and indoor air quality can affect long term comfort in Houston’s humid climate.

My role is not to diagnose environmental conditions, but to help buyers and sellers ask informed questions and connect with qualified professionals when additional evaluation may be appropriate.

This perspective is especially meaningful to clients who are sensitive to indoor environmental concerns or who want to be more thoughtful about the homes they consider.

Community Connection

I believe real estate is about more than transactions. It is also about community, advocacy, and helping people feel supported in the places they call home.

I am involved in Women’s Council of REALTORS® Montgomery County and support local efforts including Sleep in Heavenly Peace and the Tourette Association of Texas. My work is guided by honesty, empathy, and strong client advocacy.

Local Roots and Perspective

I am a lifelong resident of Conroe and the North Houston area, which gives me a strong familiarity with the communities, neighborhoods, and everyday lifestyle factors that shape how people choose where to live.

Before beginning my real estate career, I earned a psychology degree and built experience in sales, communication, and project management. I bring those strengths into my work by helping clients feel informed, supported, and organized through each stage of the buying or selling process.

As a military wife and former expat, I also understand firsthand what it feels like to navigate change, settle into new environments, and make important housing decisions with both practical and emotional considerations in mind.

That perspective shapes the way I work with clients. I want people to feel supported, well informed, and confident as they move forward.
